Ross has been on 3 Snowmass Base Village Sales teams including the Residence Club, Cirque Viceroy and Stratos and has over $58 million in sales for 2024. He represented the sale of the SkyChalet at STRATOS in Snowmass Village, which became the highest-priced sale ever recorded in Snowmass Base Village at the time, solidifying his reputation in luxury new development and premier mountain real estate.

Known for his expertise in ski-in/ski-out residences, luxury investment properties, and high-end mountain homes, Ross provides clients with deep local knowledge and strategic guidance throughout Aspen, Snowmass Village, and the greater Roaring Fork Valley. Having first arrived in the Roaring Fork Valley for a summer job in Redstone over 19 years ago, he quickly developed a deep appreciation for Aspen’s unmatched combination of outdoor recreation, culture, dining, and mountain lifestyle. Outside of real estate, he enjoys spending time with his wife Samantha and their three daughters, Hazel, Harper, and Sloane. His passions include skiing, road biking, hiking, softball, and photography.
